Our organisation has existed for ten years and during that time we have developed a focus on process led exhibition that brings craft and design to new audiences in innovative ways. We are keen to show work in context, such as our exhibiting in a caravan, ‘Trailermade’.

Designed and Made has an established history of collaboration and innovative partnership working . We have curated and run a permanent gallery space, online retail, pop up shops, exhibitions, professional practice programmes and trade fairs.

Commission

We work with designers and makers in a variety of ways, managing commissions, partnerships and the creation of bespoke products. Commissions can be created on a large scale for public places as well as more personal commissions for domestic spaces.

We are currently seeking a range of opportunities and we are happy to talk through the possibility of projects you may have in mind. We are currently especially keen to facilitate collaborations between industry and creative practitioners, if you have been considering inviting designers to create new products, new spaces in your work environment or PR related installations, launches and
